You probably already use MIM® for image registration but you may not be aware of the latest workflow that can register any number and type of modalities in a quick, systematic way, ensuring that all useful images are included and accurately registered. With the Universal Image Registration Workflow, MIM users appreciate being able to easily view multiple registered images in one display and to see how contouring created on any one image is available for review on all images simultaneously. Viewing results on all registered modalities can be very informative in therapy planning, and the Universal Image Registration Workflow makes this easy to adopt as your new standard of review.
Common use examples include registrations of multiple MR sequences or PETs to a planning CT, timepoint comparison layouts, and dynamic study review. Whatever your scenario, the workflow makes the process easy and uniform in application.
During the workflow, users are prompted to choose rigid or deformable registration at the time each registration is performed, and then verify or adjust the result. Users may review and even edit an anatomical deformation result using Reg Reveal® and Reg Refine®, deformable assessment tools providing unprecedented inspection and control of deformation.

The Universal Image Registration Workflow is available for all users to import from the Import Manager, located under the settings menu (gear button) in the upper right corner of the software window.
